The BEST Beef Stew ever
Coat stew meat with flour and brown in oil. Add to crock pot with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. About 20 minutes before you’re ready to eat turn crock-pot on high. Take about ¼ cup of flour and mix with water to thicken stew. I usually just use some of the broth from the stew. Add to stew and stir. Allow to cook on high for about 15 minutes to thicken stew. Serve.
This is my favorite beef stew ever in the world. My mom used to make it when I was a kid and I have it cooking in the crockpot overnight for supper tomorrow.
